Operations Control Officer

Job Description:

The Operations Control Officer has the primary responsibility of providing support to the Segment in ensuring that it is operating within the generally-accepted standards and established policies, regulations, processes, sound governance practices and control mechanisms that minimizes risk to the business and promote operational efficiency.

About the Role:

The position is responsible on all business control and governance functions such as but not limited to Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Administrative related matters. Additionally, he/she is also responsible in the development, implementation and end-to-end processing of Employee Engagement activities of the Segment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Segment in ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Managing business control and governance functions including Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Administrative matters.
• Developing and implementing Employee Engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business course. Master's degree an advantage but not required.
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience in banking /financial services sector especially on risk and governance, process management, and compliance, functions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AUDIT and COMPLIANCE functions .
• Familiarity with Employee Engagement strategies.
