The Role:
Leads compliance initiatives by ensuring policy consistency, managing risk assessments and audits, and enabling data-driven compliance decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Guides leaders in interpreting policies and ensuring consistent compliance across teams.
- Leads risk assessments and coaches leaders on preventive controls.
- Leads internal audits and mentors leaders on sustaining audit readiness.
- Develops dashboards and guides leaders in data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or quality within BPO/shared services.
- Proven experience leading compliance audits and regulatory initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management.
- Experience managing teams and coaching supervisors or team leads.
- Advanced data analysis and dashboard development skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and audit readiness programs.
