Project Title

1. Need additional resource to help in system maintenance, documentation of some Compliance tasks, etc. given the preoccupation of the PCO with LOC items.

2. Please ensure signing of NDA to maintain confidentiality of related parties information.

Project Deliverables

Help in the maintenance of the RPT system, CCGO automation projects, monitoring of BSP ROE action items, updating of Compliance matrix and monitoring of implementation of Circulars:

1.RPT System maintenance

Updating monthly for subs , as it comes for some

Updating annually for AEV Conglo every July

Updating annually for Insular and SSS every July

Production issues fixes coordination with HR and IT

User Access Testing (UAT) of changes prior to implementation, RPT system enhancements

Sanity checking of the system behavior and information, update the script

Periodic Reconciliation of info in the RPT system

Monitoring and Review of RPT Inventory submitted by Units

Assist in the progress of the enhancements of the system, ie follow through with IT and HR

2. Monitor the progress of the process automation - SCCS/RPT Forms

3. Compliance Matrix updating and monitoring BSP regulations, monitor implementation of circulars

4.Monitoring of BSP findings action items
