The Operations Center Analyst for FAST TV is responsible for the 24x7 monitoring and operational support of FAST TV, streaming, and media delivery services. The role ensures the availability, quality, and performance of video services by proactively monitoring platforms, identifying service-impacting issues, performing initial triage, coordinating incident response activities, and escalating issues to the appropriate support teams. The Operations Center Analyst serves as the first line of operational support and acts as the central point of coordination during service-impacting events. The role focuses on service assurance, operational communications, incident management, and reporting to ensure an optimal viewing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Media Service Monitoring
• Monitor FAST channels, streaming services, video delivery platforms, and supporting infrastructure using approved monitoring tools
• Monitor video quality, audio quality, channel availability, stream health, EPG data, captions, and content delivery performance.
• Identify, validate, and respond to alarms, alerts received through monitoring tools and email notifications.
Incident Management
• Create, categorize, prioritize, and manage incidents according to established procedures.
• Perform initial triage and diagnostic activities using approved runbooks and operational documentation.
• Assess service impact and determine appropriate escalation paths.
• Escalate incidents to engineering, vendors, or other support groups as required.
Communication & Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service owners to investigate and resolve service-impacting issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, operational events, and shift transition activities to ensure operational continuity.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Broadcast Engineering, Media Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 24x7 operational.
• Experience working in a 24x7 operational/BPO environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be trained.
Nice to have:
• Understanding of FAST TV and streaming media workflows.
• Familiarity with media monitoring and observability platforms such as Media kind, TAG Video Systems, and other tools used for video quality and stream health.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising technologies and workflows.
• Understanding of incident management and service assurance practices.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and networking concepts.
Work Set up:
Full time onsite (Muntinlupa Office)
24/7 rotational shift
