Job Responsibilities: This is an operations-focused role that requires strong data analysis and inventory reconciliation skills, ideally suited for someone who is highly proficient in data management and Excel.
The role is data-driven and will support internal inventory reporting, reconciliation of finished goods production, management of the PO-to-cash process, assistance with raw material procurement, and ensuring product availability at the distributor and retailer levels. Overall, the position combines elements of accounting, data operations, and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience out of school doing accounting work and/or
operations at a company. - Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Tables) as
- Comfortable speaking to people on calls
Good to Have:- Operational experience with a consumer packaged goods
- Experience working with distributors such as KeHE and UNFI
- Experience with accounts receivable/collections
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes including
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Production Planning
- Inventory reconciliation
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
