Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and establishment of relevant policies and objectives consistent with those of the department to ensure efficient operation of the business or service unit.
  • Assists with the financial functions for the assigned department business unit, including the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Participates in representing the management in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates the activities, programs, and projects of various departments to the management.
  • Assists and participates in the development of overall policies, objectives, and short- and long-range plans; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business or any related field
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have a strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, multitasking abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
