Salary Budget: 40,000-43,000

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role within the Operations team, proactively identifying and understanding our clients evolving requirements and responding by designing and delivering comprehensive service solutions that meet their needs.

In addition, you will support the execution of client transitions, requiring strong project management skills and close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional service delivery.

The role will primarily focus on supporting Managed Investment Schemes (MIS) and Early-Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships (ESVCLPs), including a range of unlisted wholesale investment funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Operations Manager in servicing and supporting all fund clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, providing assistance and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new fund clients.
  • Establish and maintain trade and investment accounts for clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Finance and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Process investor transactions and regulatory requirements, including applications, redemptions, AML/KYC checks, and CRS/FATCA compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support the implementation of system and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience in fund administration or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of Managed Investment Schemes and their operational framework is preferred.
