Job Description

FullFill is an end-to-end Business Operations Hub providing Micro-warehousing, Order Fulfillment, and Content Creation services for both B2B and B2C clients, specifically catering to MSMEs.

Located in Pasig City, we currently support a growing roster of brands across various industries. As we continue to scale, we're on the lookout for two (2) Operations Interns to support our fast-paced daily operations and help drive further growth.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business functions. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to help streamline processes, maintain internal documentation, and ensure smooth execution of business activities.

This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in business operations, project coordination, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational tasks, including order tracking, reporting, and inventory management
  • Help coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and service fulfillment
  • Maintain and update operational databases, dashboards, and documents
  • Support process improvements by identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal use
  • Help implement and monitor operational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
  • Perform administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Prior internship or project experience in operations or logistics is a plus but not required
