OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for an Operations Assistant at RX Global Sales & Marketing Corp. The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day operations, ensure smooth operational processes, and assist in managing and optimizing operations. Responsibilities include handling customer service, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing of Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice
- Posting sales transactions in MYOB Accounting System
- Prepares monthly Sales Report
- Ensure proper compliance on process flow and meeting the set deadlines
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical counts, and audits
- Ensure all inventory transactions are correctly recorded in the system
- Maintain inventory reports, reconciliation files, and documentation
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Assisting with the receiving of inventory
- Other tasks that will be assigned by the Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve processes
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience in operational roles is an advantage
