Job Description

Primary Functions

  • Validate reservation documents prior to recording of sales
  • Prepare draft documents including Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, and amendments
  • Process commissions for eligible transactions

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Validate reservation documents before sales recording
  • Record new sales transactions in the SAP system
  • Review and validate documents for sales-related account adjustments
  • Prepare Contracts to Sell and Deeds of Absolute Sale drafts
  • Track contracts and deeds until fully executed copies are received and filed
  • Process commissions for qualified accounts and sellers
  • Maintain accurate records of documents and payment requests for title transfer
  • Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with AMLA regulations
