The Operations Assistant (On-boarding) is responsible for registering new lotto agents, ensuring KYC and activation readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform organization and user registration: Create new agent accounts in the system, set up store and terminal profiles, and ensure all required fields are correctly completed.
- Verify KYC documents: Review government IDs, business permits, and other regulatory documents; ensure authenticity and compliance with lottery regulatory standards before
- Coordinate with Inventory for POS assignment: Request and track: Request and track assignment of lotto POS terminals; ensure each agent receives the correct device credentials before activation.
- Conduct onboarding calls: Walk agents through platforms features, terminal operations
draw schedules, settlement rules and compliance guidelines; provide first-use orientation
- Ensure activation readiness: Confirm that agents have completed all the documentation, received equipment, and understand selling guidelines before enabling their accounts.
