Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Sales Orders and Delivery Receipts.
  • Coordination of Delivery and Inventory of items.
  • Responsible for assisting in overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service.
  • Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support warehouse operations.
  • Prepare, encode, and maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, receipts, and stock movements.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reconciling physical stock with system records.
  • Prepare purchase requests, delivery documents, reports, and other warehouse-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Operations, and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized filing of warehouse documents and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  • Assist in tracking incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare regular inventory and warehouse operation reports for management.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending deliveries, purchase orders, and warehouse requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and proper warehouse documentation procedures.
  • Perform other tasks or special assignments as directed by the Superior and/or Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience related to the position.
  • Graduate of at least 2 years in college, in graduate of associate degree or bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • With good sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
