We are looking for a passionate Operations Assistant under Operations and Supply Chain Division.

What will you do
- Operational Excellence: Assists the operations manager to ensure day to day supply chain operations functions, such as logistics, warehousing, inventory movements, sourcing, run smoothly without issues.
- Process Improvements: Identifies and understands key operations processes. Continuously looks to improve KPIs and processes to achieve efficient operations.
- Manage 3rd party relationships: builds and maintains good working relationships with our local suppliers which include contacts from 3rd party services like warehousing, trucking, product bundling, product sourcing, fulfillment, among others.
- Inventory management and sales processing: Coordinates with third parties such as 3rd party warehouses, logistics providers, internal sales team, and retailers, to move inventory and process sales orders.
- Excel Proficiency and Organization: Monitors, updates, and improves the various monitoring files. Ensures that all documents are easily traceable when needed.
- SAP Processing: Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions via SAP as needed
Who are we looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in business, inventory supply chain operations
- Excellent coordination, communication skills, and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented, Team player, Highly-organized
- Proficient in Excel
- Background and experience in SAP are ideal but not required
- Can build good working relationships with partners
