What You'll Do
- Provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, and follow-ups across engineering, sales, and project delivery
- Maintain reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and time-tracking compliance
- Support project setup, compliance checks, and administration within Procore
- Assist with HubSpot workflows, forms, reporting, and CRM updates
- Support sales and tender submissions by preparing standard documentation and requirements
- Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and internal team logistics
- Conduct research, data analysis, and general administrative support as needed
Key Criteria
- 4–5+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, project coordination, or a similar mid-level role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email and phone interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems and platforms
- Exposure to or interest in the electricity, renewable energy, or rooftop solar industry is highly regarded
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support process improvement across the business
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
Work Set Up
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): In this role, you are required to work hybrid in the first week (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home), then transition into full-time remote work. Working hours from 6.00 AM - 3.00 PM PHT.
