Operations and Supply Chain Associate

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations and Supply Chain Associate. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistical coordination. They will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes, address inquiries, and maintain excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include monitoring supply chain performance, identifying efficiency improvements, and assisting in streamlining operations to meet organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Procurement processes
• Experience in Inventory Management and logistical planning
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• Proficiency with supply chain software and tools is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the lighting or technology industry is an advantage
