Position Overview
The Operations and Maintenance Support Fabricator is responsible for fabrication, assembly, and modification of components used in static billboard structures. The role also supports billboard installation, roll-up and roll-down of billboard tarpaulin, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal components such as frames, brackets, and supports for static billboards.
- Interpret basic drawings and measurements for fabrication works.
- Assist in assembling and installing static billboard structures on-site.
- Perform minor repairs and component modifications.
- Support roll-up and roll-down of billboard tarpaulin during installation, replacement, and removal.
- Conduct regular monitoring and inspection of billboard components.
- Ensure fabrication works comply with quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with welders and electricians during execution.
- Assist on works involving fabrication and special or creative executions.
- Assist in driving company 4-wheel vehicles when required.
Qualifications
- Vocational training or experience in fabrication or metal works.
- Experience in billboard or outdoor structural works is an advantage.
- Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle; a valid driver's license is a requirement.
- Willing to work on-site and at heights.
