Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, dispatch, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work on weekends or holidays as operations require.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong in planning and coordination
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly
- A good communicator who works well with different teams
- Proactive and able to anticipate operational issues
- Willing to receive feedback and continuously improve
- Reliable, accountable, honest, and trustworthy
SALARY RANGE: 20,000 - 24,000
WORK SCHEDULE: 5.5 days work week (4 weekdays off and 2 sundays off / month)
WORK LOCATION: Commonwealth Ave, QC
