Job Summary
- Responsible for the completion of complex tasks in the validation, interpretation, examination, reconciliation, evaluation of complete set of data, documentation or any other form of information,
- whether manual or electronically generated, required in the execution, implementation, fulfillment, rejection, and/or conclusion of the required task/s, resolving discrepancies noted, acting on them
- judiciously as prescribed, and performing the related necessary customer service function across the relevant functional domains with almost nil supervision and with full knowledge and
- application of current AMLA, Compliance, and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific responsibilities.
How will you contribute
- Ability to reviews, analyzes and validates data, documentation and/or any other information, whether manually or electronically generated.
- Ability to decides on the disposition of the transaction instructions based on internal and external procedures and regulations.
- Can performs the necessary customer service coordination, such as, but not limited to, communicating with relevant parties of the transaction, offering alternatives and status updates.
- Ability to reconciles and recommends adjusting entries in the resolution of reconciliation items in a timely manner.
- Ability to escalates immediately any exception noted in the performance of the review and validation function and ensures resolution of such.
- Supports the planning and implementation of the unit's goals and objectives.

- Graduate of any relevant course
- Licensure/certification/accreditation highly preferred where applicable
- 4-5 years working experience in the related field
