Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across shipment processing, coordination, and documentation.

What You'll Be Working On
- Registering import consoles and shipments in the Logistics Platform
- Processing agent debit notes within the Logistics Platform
- Entering Shipping Line, Forwarder, and Co-loader invoices accurately into the system
- Following up with Carriers and Co-loaders until Delivery Orders are received
- Sending shipment manifests via the Logistics Platform and email for co-load LCL shipments
- Complying with customs-related requirements and documentation
- Coordinating transport of goods to clients
- Ensuring shipping and related rates are accurately captured in Expedient
- Supporting Accounts Payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely settlement
What We're Looking For
- Open to fresh graduates (Background in Customs Administration, Operations, and/or Freight Forwarding is preferred).
- Experience using Expedient is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Incoterms and basic shipping documents
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
