Role Overview

Primary Function: We're looking for an Operations Analysis Supervisor to make an impact through the execution of performance monitoring, reporting, and operational analytics across Supply Chain functions. Your role ensures accurate performance visibility, data integrity, timely issue identification, and structured root cause analysis. You will also support operational excellence by providing actionable insights, maintaining performance dashboards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations reporting, or performance monitoring
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking within supply chain or operations
• Willing to be based in Balagtas, Bulacan

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Planning, DC, Logistics, or Customer Service Operations is an advantage
