Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend practical, scalable solutions
  • Analyze workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times
  • Lead initiatives that simplify processes and reduce recurring issues
  • Support multiple departments based on business priorities
  • Step into projects or functions requiring immediate leadership or structure
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Lead internal projects from planning through execution
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
  • Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Evaluate tools, systems, and workflows for continuous improvement
  • Recommend automation and system enhancements where applicable
  • Drive adoption of more efficient ways of working across teams
  • Support leadership in executing special projects and business initiatives
  • Provide insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional tasks

    • Qualifications
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to quickly understand new processes, systems, and industries
    • Comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Highly organized with strong follow-through and execution
    • Experience in operations, project management, business support, or similar cross-functional roles
    • Proven track record of improving processes or leading cross-functional initiatives
    • Experience working with multiple departments (e.g., operations, HR, customer support, IT, finance) is an advantage
    • Willing for work on-site.
