Supervise on-site routine maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repair of PV equipment
Supervise technicians during replacement, installation and proper use of test equipment
Supervise and ensure completion of activities included in the Quarterly Team and Individual Key Performance Matrix
Prepare and Conduct PMS Activities for Genset Onsite
Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance
Respond to plant breakdowns
Creating and updating maintenance procedures
Leads O&M Technician team (including temporary labor)
Identify unsafe work or operating conditions and take proper action to neutralize hazard in compliance with health and safety legislation
Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
Manage stocks of supplies and equipment
Responsible for being available for scheduled rotational (on call) duties and as needed
Responsible for following all cooperative safety policies and procedures
Ensuring the vehicle, tooling, electronics, software and company property issued are accounted for
Utilize source applications to perform daily informational activities
Perform other work-related activities as requested by supervisor
Preparation of Daily and Weekly Reports
Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Report, Thermal Scanning Report, PV String test Report
Conduct the Monthly Meter Reading of Rooftop Sites.
Preparation of Daily Actual Energy delivered of Rooftop Sites.
Prepare the Daily Forecast report for FIT Site.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
2- 5 years of experience in Solar PV operations and Maintenance.
Preferably with experience in a renewable energy industry
Experience with Rooftop or Ground- Mounted PV solar system.
Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams
Familiar with electrical materials and accessories
Familiarity with SCADA or Solar Monitoring Systems
Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance Planning and Reporting
Proficient in computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office (CAD knowledge is a plus)
Training or Certification in Solar PV systems installation and maintenance is an advantage.
Experience with Genset Troubleshooting, Electrical Diagnostic and PMS is an Advantage
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Willing to be assigned to various sites across the country
Willing to work on Saturdays and holidays, if necessary.
