We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Operations Administrator to support key business functions across safety systems, project data, procurement, and internal operations. This role plays a vital part in keeping systems accurate, updated, and running smoothly across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update MyOSH system records, including contacts, training, chemical registers, incidents, and health management data
- Input and manage employee, supplier, and contractor information
- Update training records and certifications
- Monitor and report on inspections, safety observations, drills, and compliance activities
- Enter project and head office hours into incident and reporting systems
- Support ISNet compliance requirements, including document uploads and reporting statistics
- Assist HSE Manager with preparation of project documentation (SWMS, project plans, etc.)
- Process purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders in JobPac
- Obtain vendor quotations and assist in procurement coordination
- Review basic contract terms and conditions
- Maintain labour allocation spreadsheets for construction projects
- Support marketing and internal business improvement initiatives as required
