Job Description
As a Operational Insights & Analytics Lead- BetMGM you will be responsible for overseeing and mentor a team of analysts by managing daily operations, providing guidance, and enhancing process efficiency.
Reporting to the Operational Insights & Analytics Manager - BetMGM you will be part of the Customer Service Team, who will collaborate closely with operation leaders, business intelligence and technology teams.
What You Will Do
- Analyze trends, conduct root cause analyses, and generate reports and dashboards using raw data to provide insights to drive the business forward.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation to streamline reporting, enhance efficiencies, eliminate redundancy, and ensure data integrity.
- Manage Insights projects end-to-end with a solutions-driven approach while providing the team with clear direction and clearing any ambiguity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field 12 years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Python)
- Experience in Customer Service platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Genesys, NICE, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to be agile in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to a non- technical audience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of analysts
- Experience working with teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures, demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
