Job Description

Drive impact, elevate customer experiences, and lead process excellence at scale! Join the Operations Center in Taguig as a Process Excellence Senior Specialist and help us continuously improve our operations while delighting users.

About the Role

You will lead the improvement agenda for your vertical, collaborate with stakeholders including clients, and ensure delivery of functional and operational goals aligned with global standards. Your focus will be on optimization, productivity, customer experience, and business impact using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead customer experience by deploying service excellence frameworks to achieve delight and satisfaction.
  • Track and evaluate team performance against KPIs using quantitative data mining and balanced scorecards.
  • Sustain motivation and high team spirit through effective engagement and ramp programs.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Owners to design and execute continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Build relationships across regions and with global teams to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities.
  • Enable knowledge sharing, develop best practices, and provide Lean Six Sigma training when needed.
  • Manage cross-site projects and site-level initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of service sector experience with expertise in Process Transformation and Operational Excellence.
  • Minimum 2 years of continuous improvement experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification with proven application of LSS processes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change management initiatives.

Good-to-Have

  • Previous exposure to global operations or multi-site process excellence programs.
  • Experience in building knowledge assets and best practice frameworks.
