Job Description:
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support the implementation and tracking of operational projects.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop and update SOPs and process documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or 2+ years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Process Improvement, or Project Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
