We are a hair care brand sold at Sephora among other retailers around the world and in need of a super star brand admin to support the team on a new project in preparation.

This is essentially a numbers and ingredients driven position and your main tasks will be:

- Retailer new product registration forms (texts, images, logistics infos)

- Promotion coordination (suggest promotions, check inventory, etc...)

- Formulation assistance: be involved in the development of new products with our chemists. No scientific background expected but a genuine interest in reading INCI lists and scientific studies

- Update price lists + send emails for new products / reorders

- Regulatory: health registration of new products in EU, UK, US

- Retailer content management (banners, visuals, UGC, etc...)

- Monthly Sales analysis and sales report

You should have a genuine interest in beauty as some of the tasks might require to develop an understanding of how ingredients work, how to talk about beauty products.

Generic won't do.

Very good command of excel is required.

This is not a social media position, there will be no content creation and no contact with influencers.
