Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • At least 23 years of supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of warehouse, logistics, inventory, and admin
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery and assembly of furniture items
  • Lead, train, and motivate operations staff to meet performance standards
  • Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with sales team to support customer requirements
  • Address operational issues and resolve customer concerns promptly
