Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for an Operation Supervisor. The Operation Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring processes run seamlessly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing a team, monitoring performance metrics, implementing operational improvements, and resolving any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to company policies and facilitate clear communication between departments to meet organizational goals.

• Proven Supervisory Skills with experience in team leadership and management
• Strong background in Operations and Operations Management to oversee processes and workflows
• Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing operations and implementing improvements
• Exceptional Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or operational role is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
