Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), with basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax processes.
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar editing software is a plus.

Provide administrative support for daily business operations and office activities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in accounting and financial tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.

Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence using MS Office applications.
