Operation Specialist ( Texas Hold'em Poker)

[Position Summary] We are seeking an architect for our Texas Hold'em ecosystem. You will be more

than just a community manager; you will be the controller of the platform's high-stakes gaming ecosystem.

You will drive platform engagement and LTV (Lifetime Value) through precise event planning, exclusive

concierge services for high-rollers, and keen insights into the poker landscape.

[Core Responsibilities]

1. Tournament & Ecosystem Operations:

. Responsible for the scheduling and promotion of online MTTs and cash games, leveraging operational

levers to convert traffic into core retention.

. Monitor poker room dynamics via data analysis and adjust event strategies in real-time to ensure the

platform maintains table momentum even during off-peak seasons.

2. High-Stakes (VIP) Ecosystem Concierge:

. Responsible for VIP relationship management, handling the core needs of high-stakes players to ensure a

premium and seamless gaming experience.

. Utilize keen ice-breaking strategies to facilitate high-stakes game organization, balance table dynamics,

and increase average session duration.

· Resolve player disputes appropriately, maintain a premium community atmosphere, and foster a culture of

trust.

3. iGaming Enablement & Evolution:

. Collaborate with the risk control team to identify and remove bots and fraudulent behavior, maintaining

platform fairness and integrity.

. Coordinate with other platform departments to complete tasks related to marketing campaigns, traffic

conversion, and other operational objectives.

[Requirements]

Deep Poker Background (Required):

. Possess a strong foundation in poker theory (e.g., GTO analysis, dynamic range adjustment, EV calculation)

with the ability to communicate fluently with high-level professional players.

. Extensive experience using mainstream poker platforms or participating in live games; possess a solid

understanding of the Philippine market player base, with unique insights into competitors ecosystem pain

points and advantages.

iGaming Operations Experience:

. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Experience in operational reporting

Bonus Points:

. Fluency in English or other languages is highly preferred.

. Experience in managing communities on Discord, Telegram, or similar platforms.
