Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in plant or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Management Systems and Code of Conduct (e.g., ISO standards).
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in NPI, process improvement, and cost control initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee overall plant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth execution of all activities.
Drive the effectiveness of the Management System and Code of Conduct, including establishing quality policy, objectives, and organizational context.
Lead and monitor management staff performance, ensuring daily tasks are executed effectively and aligned with company goals.
Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and process development, ensuring successful launches and continuous improvement of new products.
Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs across quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent product quality, service excellence, and responsiveness.
Promote organizational growth and efficiency by encouraging cost-saving initiatives, innovation, and maintaining high ethical standards.
Build and sustain a high-performing workforce by recruiting, developing, and retaining competent talent, while ensuring healthy company profitability (P&L).
