Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, process improvement, or operations management.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, operations, and budgets.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a strong advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma Belt (or equivalent) and PMP certification/coursework required.
- Insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, AINS, ARM, CIC) or licensed agent preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver consulting and operational solutions to improve client processes, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
- Conduct operations diagnostics and recommend tailored solutions, including process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring successful implementation, transition, and long-term value delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and new business opportunities.
- Lead client communications, project planning, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Service Delivery) to design and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support service quality by enhancing processes, reporting, and operational methodologies.
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and supporting professional development.
