The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly reliable Operation Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations across financial and account management processes.

You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying customer data, processing account openings and amendments, and handling deposit and withdrawal transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will also collaborate closely with the Operations Team Lead and cross-functional teams across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify customer data for account openings, amendments, and verifications
  • Assist the Operations Team Lead in delivering department-wide projects and initiatives
  • Support leadership in executing strategies and internal communications
  • Create engaging content and presentations to share operations updates and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, regional offices, and stakeholders
  • Respond promptly and professionally to requests from Sales and other teams
  • Accurately process deposit and withdrawal transactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of BPO experience, preferably in non-voice or back-office operations
  • Financial account experience is highly preferred (e.g., banking, trading, fintech, collections, or similar)
  • Strong English communication skills; Chinese language skills are an advantage
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and accountability
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
