Job Description

We're Hiring: Operation Admin Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Admin to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operational and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Process payments and support invoice management
  • Prepare and monitor operational budgets
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and update data accurately in SAP system
  • Support reporting and documentation as required

Requirements

  • Fast-paced, careful, and highly detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of responsibility and organization
  • Experience working with SAP is a must
  • Experience in payment processing and budgeting
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operations/admin/accounting support roles
  • English communication skills are a plus
