We're Hiring: Operation Admin Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Admin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operational and administrative tasks efficiently
- Process payments and support invoice management
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and update data accurately in SAP system
- Support reporting and documentation as required
Requirements
- Fast-paced, careful, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization
- Experience working with SAP is a must
- Experience in payment processing and budgeting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations/admin/accounting support roles
- English communication skills are a plus
