Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
- Develops, supports, and maintains applications using open source development platforms, such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Node JS, Djanngo.
- Utilizes expertise in open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Provides technical guidance and support to clients on open source platform implementation, customization, and integration

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Open Source Development Expertise: Exposure to developing, supporting, and maintaining applications using open source development platforms such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Node JS, and Django.
- Issue Analysis and Resolution: Experience working with open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, providing technical guidance and support.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Experience working with clients to provide technical guidance and support on open source platform implementation, customization, and integration.
- Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in open source technologies to deliver high-quality results.
- Must Have skills AIX, SQL (DB2), KSH.
- Amenable to work on a client dictated shift (day, mid, night) and open to work in any IBM location (Quezon City or Cebu).
