- Plans and prepares schedules of work for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
- Develops, recommends and implements new procedures and techniques to improve radiologic and ultrasound imaging services.
- Ensures appropriate level of stocks for radiographic supplies in the onsite. Monitors the overall documentation and filing system of x-ray reading forms and CDs.
- Ensures that all diagnostic/radiologic requests are validated thru the Pathlink system promptly following the committed turnaround time.
- Formulates necessary recommendations concerning department operating budget.
- Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients and staff in compliance with government regulatory requirements (BHDT and PNRI).
- Facilitates the timely renewal of licenses as required by the Department of Health.
- Supports Company Programs and quality assurance measures.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Maintains the highest level of professionalism.
Work Location: Edison cor Faraday, San Isidro, Makati City
Note: This role requires field work. Employees will report to various client locations for onsite AME/APE services. The Makati office serves as the official work location, but some assignments may be at different client sites.
