About the Role
As an Onsite Operations and Admin Lead you will serve as Cooee's primary culture carrier and operational leader in Iloilo. This role is responsible for deepening Cooee's culture, strengthening relationships with stakeholders locally and overseas, and ensuring smooth office operations including workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader with strong operational discipline, strong decision-making capabilities, and a passion for building meaningful, trust-based partnerships.
This is a full onsite role based in Iloilo and requires a strong commitment to onsite leadership, collaboration, and day-to-day operational presence.
What you'll be working on:
- Serve as the culture champion of Cooee in Iloilo, ensuring alignment with Cooee's values and shared vision.
- Permeate and deepen Cooee's culture across teams and day-to-day operations.
- Support Iloilo employees in building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders both locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders including schools and community organizations in Iloilo City.
- Oversee overall office management including facilities coordination and day-to-day operations.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right capacity, capability, and structure to support business growth.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members, fostering a growth mindset and adaptability.
- Make sound operational decisions and confidently handle onsite escalations and business needs.
- Act as the primary onsite escalation point and ensure operational excellence across functions.
What we're looking for
- 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Must be willing and committed to working onsite full-time in Iloilo.
- Proven experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and office or operations oversight.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both local and overseas stakeholders.
- Experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, or operations management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrates growth mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
