Job Summary
We are seeking a IT Support Analyst to provide essential Level 1 technical support for our systems and infrastructure. This role is the first point of contact for technical issues, requiring a blend of hands-on troubleshooting and excellent stakeholder management. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and business needs, ensuring seamless communication in both MANDARIN and ENGLISH
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for hardware, network infrastructure, and internal software systems.
- Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, providing clear updates on technical resolutions.
- Resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining high internal service standards (SOPs).
- Communicate technical solutions fluently in two languages to support a global team.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- MANDARIN speaker is a plus.
- Foundational knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Windows/Mac/Networking).
- Strong communication skills with experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
