Onsite IT Help Desk Specialist Setup & Support

VST ECS Phils., Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Talisay, Cebu. The role provides first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure business continuity.

The candidate will assist employees, install and upgrade computers and peripherals, and maintain daily helpdesk logs and documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite work in Cebu is required.
