The Successful Applicant
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience handling land-based recruitment teams.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements relevant to onshore employment.
- Proven experience in land-based recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for corporate or non-seafaring roles.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software for high-volume and specialized land-based hiring.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and present insights to support hiring decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in stakeholder management for land-based roles.
- Experience in the business services industry and land-based deployment is an advantage.
