Online Travel Agent (OTA) Revenue Specialist, London & Dublin (Philippines based)

We are looking for an Online Travel Agent (OTA) Revenue Specialist for our London and Dublin managed apartments who will be responsible for maximizing online visibility, revenue, and profitability across all Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels. This role will oversee content management, pricing strategy, channel performance, and relationships with OTA partners to ensure optimal market positioning and consistent brand representation for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel & Revenue Management
  • Manage daily operations across all OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Implement pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies in alignment with the businesses revenue goals.
  • Monitor daily pick-up, pace, demand trends, and adjust rates or restrictions accordingly.
  • Optimize channel mix to ensure healthy distribution and reduce reliance on high-commission channels.
  • Content & Listings Optimization
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of apartment content, images, descriptions, policies, and amenities.
  • Continuously update OTA listings to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion.
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong working relationships with market managers and OTA partners.
  • Negotiate promotions, packages, and visibility campaigns to boost performance.
  • Participate in OTA business reviews and identify strategies for continuous growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze OTA performance metrics including ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, conversion, and ranking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to align distribution strategies.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Work closely with the General Managers, Account Managers, Guest Experience Managers, marketing and revenue management to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
  • Ensure proper inventory management between the PMS, CRS, and channel manager.
  • Monitor guest reviews on OTA platforms, coordinate with relevant departments for responses and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel e-commerce, OTA management, or revenue management.
  • Strong understanding of OTA platforms, channel managers, rate parity, and revenue management concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in PMS, CRS, and channel management systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
