Online Senior English Instructor

4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs designed for both adults and young adults, adhering to international CEFR standards. Our courses focus on developing practical communication skills across all language areas to boost confidence in real-world contexts. Catering to students across the Middle East, we offer both online classes and in-person sessions based in Riyadh. Our curriculum is tailored to prepare learners for academic, professional, and social success, emphasizing communicative goals.

This is a full-time remote position for an Online Senior English Instructor. The responsibilities include planning and delivering high-quality English lessons aligned with CEFR standards. You will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional approaches to support learners language development. Additionally, you will collaborate with the academic team to ensure engaging, interactive, and goal-oriented lessons that meet students needs.

• Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
• Experience in Education and curriculum design aligned with CEFR standards
• Strong command of Writing skills to effectively create, analyze, and improve educational materials
• Demonstrated ability to connect with and motivate students of diverse backgrounds
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred)
• Proficiency in teaching English online, with strong familiarity with digital teaching tools
• Prior experience teaching Middle Eastern students is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for student success
