Online Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marikina for an Online Sales Specialist. The individual will manage and optimize online sales platforms, process customer orders, monitor inventory, and track sales performance. They will communicate with customers to resolve inquiries, ensure excellent service, contribute to marketing initiatives, and support training efforts for online sales operations. Collaboration with the marketing team to promote products online will also be a key aspect of the role.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure positive experiences.
• Proven Sales and Online Marketing skills, with the ability to increase online engagement and drive revenue growth.
• Training skills to educate team members on online sales best practices and platform usage.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital tools is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset for assessing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
