About the Role

AGP Corporation is expanding its online B2B sales portfolio across the Philippines. We are looking for an ECom Sales Director who will develop and execute online sales strategies, expand dealer and distributor networks, and drive revenue through e-commerce, digital channels, and key account partnerships.

This role directly reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow B2B online sales for motorcycle tires and rubber products by $X annually
  • Develop digital sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the Philippines
  • Build relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet operators, and key accounts.
  • Manage online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in digital sales, e-commerce, distribution, or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of online lead generation and sales funnel management.
  • Experience managing dealer or distributor networks is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
