THE ROLE
We're looking for an Online Sales Associate with jewelry selling experience to bring the B.O.G. celebration online. Every client who messages us is marking something special, whether it's a proposal, an anniversary or a well-earned treat. Your job is to make them feel that same excitement on chat that they'd feel at our counters, and to guide them all the way to the piece that fits their moment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome clients on our social media pages, website chat and messaging apps with warmth and professionalism
• Be the go-to person for inquiries, giving accurate product details and personal recommendations
• Help clients find the right piece for their celebration, including add-ons and upgrades that complete the look
• Process online orders, check payments and make sure every transaction goes smoothly
• Keep our online product listings and inventory records accurate and up to date
• Work with the sales and marketing teams so every client gets the same B.O.G. experience, in-store or online
• Support daily e-commerce operations, including admin work and other tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• REQUIRED: Experience selling jewelry, either online or in a physical store
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and diamonds is a big plus
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion or e-commerce is an advantage
• Clear, polished communication in writing and in conversation
• Genuine care for clients and the patience to guide them through meaningful purchases
• Comfortable with social media, chat platforms and online selling tools
• Organized and quick to take initiative
• Honest and dependable when handling payments and high-value pieces

WORK SETUP & PAY
• Full-time, on-site at our Quezon City office
• 6 days a week, shifting schedules between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM
