Job Description

The Role

We are looking for an Online Merchandising Manager who can turn customer behavior, sales data, and market trends into smarter product and inventory decisions.

You will work closely with our business units, e-commerce, and supply chain teams to ensure we have the right products, the right quantity, and the right availability across our digital channels.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the online assortment by identifying the right products, brands, categories, and price points based on customer demand and business opportunities.
  • Analyze online performance to identify best sellers, slow-moving products, emerging trends, and assortment gaps, then translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive product availability by forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, and working with business units on replenishment, stock transfers, and inventory recovery.
  • Support online sales growth by identifying products with strong potential and recommending opportunities for campaigns, promotions, pricing, and improved product visibility.
  • Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to align assortment, inventory, and launch plans with seasonal events and e-commerce priorities.
  • Build and monitor performance scorecards that help stakeholders understand product performance, address gaps, and identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 18-20 years of experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, category management, merchandise planning, marketplace, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital retail or marketplace environments, with a good understanding of online customer behavior and product performance.
  • Strong experience working with sales, inventory, and product data and turning insights into business recommendations.
  • Background in assortment planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or replenishment.
  • Strong business partnering skills and experience working with multiple teams or business units.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
