Job Description:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse range of partners, including short-tail affiliates, and online third-party partners.
  • Proactively seek a variety of affiliate partners, with a focus on those experienced in CPS, CPI models, including short-tail (high-traffic) affiliate network and third-party (3P) online partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, fostering positive and productive relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with affiliates to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and expectations.
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and other teams to manage payments and contracts, ensuring proper handling transactions and compliance with business guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English able to convey ideas clearly and work collaboratively
  • Demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability for projects and initiatives
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and explore new growth opportunities within the affiliate landscape
  • Open-minded and capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proficient in Google suite, with an analytical and detail-oriented approach
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering results
