Company Description

Sponge

English provides 1-on-1 online classes for Chinese students aged 5-14 using RAZ

books. Our program focuses on helping students develop strong reading

comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills through

engaging and supportive lessons.

Role Description

·        Teach

engaging reading lessons using RAZ books

·        Help

students improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

·        Monitor

student progress and provide clear and constructive feedback 

·        Collaborate

with the teaching team to continuously improve the program 

Qualifications

·        Full-time

teachers only

·        Neutral

accent

·        Teaching

experience or a graduate of a reputable university

·        Must

have or be willing to obtain a TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification

·        English

proficiency: Minimum B2 level; C1 and C2 levels are a plus

·        Available

between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (China Time)

·        Able

to teach 6 days per week, approximately 6 teaching hours per day
