Job Summary: The Online Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing sales through existing online partners, identifying and opening potential online selling channels, and developing strategies to maximize sales across all channels. This role will also involve creating strategic partnerships that contribute to sales growth and brand awareness, as well as fostering team productivity through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase Sales with Existing Online Partners: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales through current online partners.
- Identify and Open New Online Channels: Research and identify potential online selling channels, and establish relationships to expand our sales network.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize sales across all online channels.
- Create Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that will enhance sales and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze sales performance across all online channels, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive online sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with online partners and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Productivity and People Management: Foster a productive work environment by balancing team management, providing support and guidance, and encouraging professional development.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
